On-Ramp process

There are 2 endpoints to retrieve bank info. If I understand correctly, in order to finish On-Ramp transaction, user has to send the money into some bank account.
Can this bank info be retrieved through the https://staging-api.capa.fi/api/partner/v1/user-bank-info/on-ramp/{country}/{userId} ?
Or it will simply return user's own bank info?

Also, why then there is list of off-ramp bank info's, if in this case we need to send money into some crypto account?

Please, provide full flow diagrams of how user enters system, creates on-ramp and off ramp, what endpoint he needs to trigger then in order to receive info, where to pay crypto or fiat.
